Varna Shoes Limited is growing from strength to strength as an online retailer having introduced key differentiators. Owner, Victoria Babbs, has acknowledged that many of her customers are new to buying shoes on the internet and insists that all customers are spoken to, once they receive their shoes, to ensure they are happy with the quality and fit of their purchase. She said ' Many customers find the internet valuable yet faceless; we have ensured that Varna Shoes Ltd offers the advantages of the internet but with old fashioned service, meaning we talk to our customers'.
In addition to a quick and efficient despatch facility Varna Shoes Ltd has offered customers, in proximity to the business headquarters, a 'home approval service'. This allows the wary first time internet shoppers to see a selection of shoes in the comfort of their own home with a Varna Shoes employee. Victoria said ' This is proving an extremely popular service for first time internet shopper who is a little nervous. This helps to personalise the shopping experience and again puts a 'face' to the business.
 Service alone has not ensured repeat business for Varna Shoes this last year, but the comfort, quality and affordability of the designs have been crucial. Returned items have totalled a mere 6 in the last 12 months.
This summers collections includes pumps, sandals, wedges, mules, thongs, high heeled court shoes, sling-backs and peep toes. Colours range from soft pastels to vibrant blues and reds. Fabrics feature kid leather and suede with a variety of designs including Swarovski crystals.
