Measuring your foot size Lay a piece of paper (large enough to fit your foot) on the floor and trace the outline of your bare foot with a pen/pencil making sure you draw the line snugly against your foot.) you must do this standing to ensure that you obtain an accurate measurement Take the measurement as illustrated on the right (the widest part of your foot) Measure the width in centimeteres or inches Write this number down Repeat these steps for your other foot, and use the larger number of the two to determine your size. NOTE: if you suffer with bunions etc on your feet you must consider the additional width required for comfort.
4.	If the width of your foot, measuring as indicated, matches or is slightly narrower than the width on the Shoe Fitting Guide for your chosen shoe, then this shoe should fit you comfortably.
5.	If the width of your foot, measuring as indicated, is wider than the width on the Shoe Fitting Guide for your chosen shoe, then this shoe will not adequately fit your foot and would cause much discomfort.
6.	We strongly advise you to only purchase shoes where the Shoe Fitting Guide width is the same size or wider than your own foot.
