Shopping:
Browse through the collections to view the various styles along with any matching accessories.

Once you have chosen a particular shoe within a collection you can view the front and side of the shoes and zoom in to see the detail of the designs in full. You are also shown any relevant accessories accompanying that shoe.

To check if a shoe is in stock please click onto the size you require.

Once you have selected your shoe please check the width will fit you comfortably by referring to the Shoe Fitting Guide before proceeding to the basket.

To help ensure that you really are purchasing 'unique and different' shoes and accessories we only carry a limited amount of stock. Regrettably once an item has sold out it is extremely difficult for us to obtain further stock, so please order early to avoid disappointment.

Shoe Fitting Guide:
Most of us know what shoe size we are but if we run into difficulty it is normally with the width of the shoe.

All shoes are made on a 'last' which is normally either a wooden or metal replica of a foot around which the shoe is fitted, hence made.

To see if the width of the shoe is wide enough to be comfortable for your foot please view your correct size for that particular shoe on the Shoe Fitting Guide.

As our weight shifts when we sit compared to when we stand it is imperative that you measure the width of your foot, as indicated, when standing.

Payment:
Once you have selected your shoes and accessories, and have checked that the shoes should fit you according to our Shoe Fitting Guide, please proceed to the basket inputting your details as requested.

We have secure online payment facilities through HSBC allowing you to pay by one of the following methods:
Switch/Delta/Maestro Free of charge
Mastercard/Visa £5 credit card fee.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please choose the 'cheque' payment option and we will then make arrangements to hold the items off sale for a period of 5 working days to allow your cheque to reach us.  The items will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared into our account. Please be aware that personal cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear, building society cheques or bankers drafts are immediate.

HSBC has already implemented MasterCard® SecureCode™ and Verified by Visa transaction security and is also well placed to take advantage of future developments

Delivery:
All orders incur a standard £8 delivery fee within the mainland UK.

If you are living outside of the UK mainland please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Your shoes, along with any accessories, will be despatched securely, by registered mail, within 3 working days of your payment being received, or cleared in the case of personal cheques. Please note that credit or debit card orders made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
For credit and debit card payments the billing address will automatically be the address to which we deliver. This is to help prevent fraudulent use of customers' cards.

Customer Satisfaction:
All items are fully inspected and packaged securely on leaving Varna Shoes Ltd.

Should you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your shoes and accessories please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please return any items by registered mail to the returns address contained with your order.

In order that a speedy refund may be arranged we require all items to be returned in the exact packaging in which they were delivered and in perfect condition without any marks, scratches or evidence of being worn.

Refunds will take up to 4 weeks to process upon receipt of the returned items.

A full refund will be made, subject to the above conditions, excluding any credit card charges and initial delivery fees i.e. excludes refund of £13 for credit card payments and £8 for cheque or debit card payments, for mainland UK.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card and in the case of cheque payments a refund cheque will be sent to your home address.
