Buying for the first time on the internet can be a daunting experience. We have put this easy step by step guide together to help you choose and buy our womens shoes and bags, with ease.

Ten Steps to Buying Ladies Shoes With Varna Shoes Ltd

The Home page details our ‘collections’. To enter any one of our shoe or sandal collections simply click on the picture of the item of footwear. If at any point you want to go back then simply click back onto the HOME text at the top left of the page.
Once you have entered a ladies collection, up to six images of differing womens shoes, sandals, boots, mules etc will appear. To the bottom of the page you will see a purple bar showing numbers, this indicates the number of pages in this shoe collection. To see the next page simply click on the arrow to the right and to go back to the previous page simply click on the arrow to the left.
If you see a ladies shoe you like double click onto the picture. A larger image will appear along with a full description of the shoe or sandal. If there is a matching bag a smaller image will appear to the left of the page. To fully appreciate the shoe you have a choice of ‘views’ under the main picture. Simply click on the View 2 and or View 3 to see the shoe from different angles.
To check if your size is in stock click onto the blue downward arrow ‘Please Select’ next to ‘size’. All sizes will show and any sizes sold out are clearly indicated. If your size does not say ‘sold out’ and you wish to buy that particular shoe or sandal, click onto your size so it appears in the box and then click ‘add to basket’.
A description of the shoe or sandal will appear at the top of the page along with your chosen size and the price.
From here you can add additional items to the order by clicking on ‘continue shopping’ and then follow steps one to four again. Alternatively you can finish your order by clicking onto ‘go to checkout’.
At the checkout you must complete the page in full completing all sections required. Please note that the address entered must be the one that is registered to the card with which you are choosing to pay.
This next page re-confirms the style of ladies footwear you have chosen with the size and price.
It also confirms the P&P charge and offers you three choices of payment options.

Click onto the payment option you require and then read the Terms & Conditions in full (full detail can be found by clicking onto ‘terms and conditions’ at the bottom right of the page)

Once you have read the conditions please click the box ‘read and accepted terms and conditions’. Double check the address details and if they are wrong click onto the option ‘change personal details’.

If you are happy with all details then click onto the ‘purchase’ button.
If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card you will now be taken to the HSBC website to enter your card details. Please ensure the address details entered are relevant to the billing address, and will therefore match those entered earlier. HSBC will confirm payment once you have entered all details.
You will receive a confirmation E Mail from us detailing an order number.

Your chosen ladies footwear will then be despatched, by registered mail, within 48 hours. (on weekdays)
